1. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Be returned within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain medical and personal care items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Thermometers
  • Nebulizers
  • Blood pressure monitors
  • Glucometers and test strips
  • Masks, sanitizers, and disposable items

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We may request photos or videos of the issue for verification. Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

If your return is not approved, we will notify you with an explanation.

4. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), we will cover all shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind, wrong selection, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@mstrading.store before sending the item back.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used medical or personal care items
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items purchased during clearance or sale
